- 3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1½ tsp Kosher salt
- 1½ tsp black pepper
- 1¼ tsp cumin
Instructions
- Combine Ingredients: In a medium pot, whisk together ketchup, water, apple cider vinegar, white vinegar, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, Kosher salt, black pepper, and cumin until fully incorporated and smooth.
- Simmer the Sauce: Place the pot over medium-high heat and bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer gently for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking and to meld the flavors.
- Cool and Store: Remove the pot from heat and allow the sauce to cool completely. Transfer the cooled BBQ sauce into an airtight jar or container and refrigerate. The sauce will keep fresh for several months when stored properly.
